

Peacefully, and surrounded by her family on August 29, 2025, at the age of 66, Sandy entered into the eternal life of the Resurrected Jesus Christ. Beloved wife to Harry R. Paclawski, her husband of 42 years, and dear mother to her sons Andrew J. Paclawski and Thomas J. Paclawski, twin sons to whom she devoted her life. Sandy was the oldest daughter of the late Dorothy W. Codori and Joseph B. Codori, Sr.
In addition to her husband and sons, Sandy was loved and cherished by her siblings, Rev. Joseph B. Codori, Jr., Gregory E. Codori, Linda A. Codori, and Teresa M. Codori, of Emsworth.
Sandy spent most of her career at Holy Family Institute, where she worked as an Executive Assistant and then Supervisor. After 20 years, Sandy left to assume a part-time position with the Franciscans at the former Holy Family Friary in Avalon. She was an Associate with the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and worked as an archivist for the Sisters before leaving the workforce to become a full-time mother.
Sandy was a strong woman of prayer and actively lived her Catholic faith as a member of Regina Coeli Parish. Sandy had a special devotion to our Blessed Mother, and in her younger years was a member of the Legion of Mary. Sandy was devoted to Jesus as present in the Blessed Sacrament.
Sandy will be best remembered for her selfless, caring spirit and her tender heart, always putting the needs of her family and others before her own. She had a fun, lively personality, fantastic sense of humor and adventure, and great love for her faith. Sandy was instantly loved by everyone she met.
Friends will be received on Thursday September 4th at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy Pittsburgh PA 15237 from 2-4 and 6-8. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Emsworth 154 Orchard Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15202 Friday September 5th at 10 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made to Regina Coeli Parish to be used for Mass Intentions for the repose of Sandy's soul.
