

Vicki M. Zillweger, 73, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away surrounded by her Husband and Siblings on March 14, 2026. Born October 22, 1952, to the late Carl G. and Shirley Moberg in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, she was raised in Caldwell, New Jersey, and will be remembered as a cherished, beloved, compassionate, humorous, thoughtful, kind-hearted, and fun loving presence in the lives of all who knew her.
Vicki graduated from James Caldwell High School in 1970 and went on to graduate from Slippery Rock University in 1974. Following college, she taught elementary education in Parsippany, New Jersey, bringing care and patience to her students and their families. She later transitioned into advertising, working for WPGH TV, and then for Creative Advertising Specialties, where she remained until her retirement.
Vicki was married to Dr. William Zillweger for 42 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her siblings Patti Moberg McElroy (David), C. Randy Moberg, and Scott P. Moberg (Kathy); and her sisters-in-law Kathy Putnam (George) and Wendy McDermott. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Aaron Moberg (Kelly), Emily McElroy Kins (Jeremy), Kelsey Moberg, Brett McElroy, Merrill McDermott, Lowell Putnam (Nicole), William Putnam (Nicole), and Rosie Putnam Moriarty (Joe); her cousins David Diercksen (Nadine), Doug Diercksen (Mary), Greg Moberg, and Gary Moberg; and her great nieces and nephews Cecilia and Matilda Moberg, Oliver Kins, George, Theo, and Jack Putnam, and Ellie Moriarty.
A thoughtful hostess and a joyful spirit, Vicki loved to decorate, vacation at the shore and in St. Martin, and—above all—make people happy. She was especially known for hosting extraordinary Christmas parties with Bill, creating warmth, laughter, and lasting memories that family and friends will continue to treasure.
Friends will be received at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy Pittsburgh PA 15237 on SATURDAY MAY 16, 2026 from 10AM till 11:30 with a service immediately following. A luncheon will take place afterwards with a sign up sheet and information will be available at the Funeral Home.
