On Sunday, September 27, 2026 a loving wife and dear Mother Virginia "Ginny" Kelly of Ross Township passed away peacefully at the age of 89.She is survived by her husband Joseph C. "Joe" Kelly Jr. and her 5 children. Loving Mother of Joseph C. Kelly III (late Dolores), Jeff C. Kelly (Kara), Jill A. Campbell (Timothy), John F. Kelly and Jamie L. Rice (Timothy). Proud Grandma to 10 Grandchildren, 2 Step-Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Daughter to the late Frank and Rosella (Ropas) Schwertz. Survived by Brother Frank C. "Charlie" and Sisters Ruth Ward and Claire Scarborough.

Ginny and Joe owned and operated 3-D Window Cleaning Company together established in 1959 and is currently operating.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, was the "hostess with the mostess", always having Sunday dinners,, Christmas Eve and celebrations. She will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter and unwavering love.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd, 10:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Church 1000 Avila Court Pittsburgh, PA. 15237 ( near Perry Hwy.)
