To the Blythe family: We share a lifetime of memories as neighbors on Spring Avenue. Countless memories of Christmas mornings at your home where you tree and trains set appeared overnight. Cookies and Kool aid and games and laughter, all a part of our everyday life! I don’t know if every neighborhood had such joy and treasures but I think we were blessed to have very special parents and the Love of God in our lives. From Spring Avenue to Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church we share a very special history. Your mom was a wonderful women and a very special friend to my mom. They were blessed to have so many years together! They shared both joy and sadness as they grew old together. They kept up the home front for us to return for holidays and bring our children back to the magical beginning of our lives. We are truly blessed! I will miss the beautiful letters and cards from your mom where she kept me updated on the current events of her children and grandchildren. You all were her reason for living. May she rest in eternal peace having lived the good life and leaving many beautiful memories that will live on in our hearts forever.
Our sincere sympathy,
Betty, Pat, and Michelle Flaherty

To the Blythe Family, my deepest sympathies ... I have 40 + years of memories with your mom, working with her, traveling with her and just spending time at her home talking with her... most recently sharing time with her at Ben's wedding...it has been a true privilege and pleasure being her friend.

All my love, Gert
