I miss you so much.  I can't believe it's been 12 years today.  I would give anything to go back and find a way to get to see you sooner.  I hope  you know I tried and I would have been there sooner if I could.  Even a week would have made all the difference.  I'll never understand how or why it all worked out like it did but I am grateful I got to see you nonetheless.  I miss you so much and would even settle for a phone call if I could. You were the best grandma us kids could ask for and I wish we could have been as good to you as you were us.  We couldn't have loved you anymore than we did though, just wish we could have figured out how to get to see you more.  It wasn't because we didn't want to.  I hope you knew that. Thinking about you today Grams.  I miss you so much and wish I could have made it even a week earlier to see you.  I still can't believe how the timing worked out and I'll never understand it but I'm grateful that I got to see you none the less.  I'll miss you forever.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Gram. I love and miss you so much.  I dreamt about you the other night. I finally made it to California again. Sorry I couldn’t have done that more often before or surprised you for a birthday one year.  There’s nothing I wish I could’ve done more than visit you more often.  It wasn’t the same with out you there but I was so thankful to spend time with Aunt Joann, Uncle David, and Michael. I day dreamed about going for so long it was surreal and doesn’t feel like it even happened now. We spent some quality time talking about our memories of you and our family history. I really enjoyed it.  It was overwhelming being there without you but I took a nice drive to Nevada to see a girl friend and decompress after. It was much needed. Oh how I wish  I could have been stable enough to do these things before and enjoy more time and memories with you. Give Dad a kiss for me. We miss you dearly.

It’s been 10 years since I last saw you. A whole decade. The weight of losing you at times makes it seem like it happened yesterday yet it feels like forever since I’ve gotten to hear your voice or hug you. I think about you all the time and would give anything to have just one more day with you. I hope you know how much we loved you Gram and if we could have seen you more we would have. I miss you so unbelievably much. Hug dad for me.  Love you. 

I think about you every day.  I thought about you on Halloween and wished I was able to celebrate just one birthday with you.  I remember you telling me how the community you lived in made a big celebration for your birthday and you said how much you enjoyed it and said it makes me want to have another one.  I am so thankful they made  your birthday special, as it should be.  I just wish we could have surprised you at least once and showed you how special you were to us.  My surprise was too late.  I miss you every single day and think of you all the time.  Love you Gram.

I think about you all the time and dream about you from time to time.  It's bittersweet to dream of you because on one hand it's the closest I can get to  you but on the other when I wake up, the weight of knowing I can't call or talk to you or get your advice or ever see you on this Earth again is heavy.  I miss you so much more than the times I post on here.  I know you are enjoying your time with Dad and the Lord.  I just wish I could see it so this weight would go away. Thinking of you some days is just too much bear. I had a dream I was talking to you on the phone last night and I was trying to make sure you knew how much we all loved you and that I was sorry I didnt get to see you more but in the middle of it I realized you couldnt be on the phone and then your voice went away and I began yelling and crying for you and I woke up in a hot sweat, short of breath. I felt so close to getting to you but so far away. I had some film developed that I found and it came back today and one pack was pictures of us from 20 years ago. One specifically brought back your memory and broke my heart. I wish I could see that your happy and whole with Dad and that you knew that we all would have given anything to see you more often. We were just young and unstable. We love and miss you EVERY SINGLE DAY Gram. It's not the same without you. 

Happy Heavenly Birthday my sweet Grandma.  I miss you dearly and even though I haven't been on here in a while, I haven't thought about you any less.  I love my new job but it reminds me of how much I wish I could've been there for you at this time in your life.  I will never forgive myself for not finding a way to see you sooner. I've been going through all my stuff that I've needed to for years.  Angus says I'm a borderline hoarder lol. I realized while going through my stuff I may get that from you. You kept all your cards and pictures from us kids and I've done the same. I have all your letters and even some of our yahtzee score cards. Seeing all the pictures and cards have made miss you even more. I wish I hadn't lived so far away and missed out on all the time we could've had together.  I wish I could go back and do so many things differently.  I hope you know if there was any way I could have made it to you sooner I would have. At this point in my life it would have been much easier to see you every year and I know I would have but it's too late now. Seeing you in my dreams is as close as I get. I love you Gram and I miss you dearly and you were the only constant, normal, loving person we had in our lives and none of us are the same without you. It's a close second to the year I lost you and Jeremiah. I miss being able to call you. You always made me laugh. Another year has passed by. I have days where I think of you and smile and I have days where I can be sitting in a restaurant and see someone having breakfast with their grandma and my heart gets heavy and  my eyes water. It's overwhelming sometimes when I realize  I can't ever call you, hug you, or hear your voice again.  I was looking at Riddick at breakfast last Sunday and I started thinking how you would have adored him. I'm sure he would remind you of Angus and Dad and it would you take you back. I wish so badly you could see him and how big Essence has gotten. I love you Gram and I wish more than anything I could have spent more time with you and asked you more questions about how you were growing up. You don't realize until you're older how precious those stories are and how much you would cherish them. Until I see you again Gram... 💔

I remember when we went to the creek all the dragonflies would come sit on her arms, I wanted them to sit on mine too and she told me to stay really still and they would. She had like 5 on her and I was too impatient to get 1 lol Then we caught the tadpoles and brought them back to the motel😂

Happy Birthday in heaven my precious Grandma. You are deeply missed.

Days like today are hard. You never forgot a birthday. It kills me knowing when I check the mail there will be no letter from you or when my phone rings it's not going to be you calling. I never knew I could miss someone so much. I love you so much and would give anything to have one more day with you, healthy and happy. I love you my sweet Grandma.

It's about that time again.  There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you.  I replay every day this time of year in my head and the time I got to see you.  I wish more than anything I could have seen you before you had surgery.  You always told us you were fine.  I had no idea you were so sick.  I bought my plane ticket and was so excited to call and tell you that I am FINALLY coming to visit and you were out all day.  I later found out you went to the doctor and didn't come back.  You had to have surgery.  I changed the dates on my ticket so I could get there sooner.  Thank God I did or I wouldn't have gotten to you.  You were buried on the day my original ticket was for. I'm still not sure if you ever realized that I came after the first 5 minutes of seeing you.  I am so thankful I got to see you but I'll always regret not getting there sooner. If I could have even told you I was coming one day earlier before you went into surgery. I just hope you knew how much I loved you and wanted to see you and if there was any way I could have I would have.  I love you tons and I know you're up there with Dad having the time of your life.  I know you missed him every day.  Us kids aren't the same without you.  We love you Gram.  The 14th marks 4 years since I last saw you and now it will officially be longer than any time I've went without seeing you.  I miss calling you.  You could always make me laugh when I was upset. I still call from time to time but that number is no longer in service.  Till I see you again....

I dreamt about you the other night. I was crying so hard for you in my dream to come back and I woke myself up sweating and breathing heavy. I know you and Dad are looking down on us right now and you're gonna help us in this current situation.  I pray God's will is done. I miss you so mich it hurts

I love and miss you so much . I thought about you a lot over the holidays. We never got to spend a Christmas together once we were older and I always told myself I would make that happen and I never did.  I imagine you and Dad and your siblings had a pretty good Christmas with our Lord.

Summers remind me of you the most. I miss you so much. What I wouldn't give for all of us to have seen you again before you got too sick. I wish you were here and got to enjoy life with us and the kids. You were always so far away :(

My dearest Grandma, where do I even start. Your the most amazing person I ever knew. I hope you know how much you meant to us grandkids. Getting to see Grandma and getting your letters in the mail were what we looked forward to most as kids. You never forgot a birthday or holiday. You were our  rock. I thought as time had passed this would not hurt so bad but it just seems to get worse. We all miss you so much. It's so hard not to be able to call you. You always knew how to make me laugh and feel better about everything. I wish I could've made better decisions and made you proud. You mean the world to me gram and we were truly lucky to have you in our lives. I just try to remember your with dad now in heaven out of all your pain. I love you grandma and will cherish all the good memories we have with you.
