Dorothy Partain

She was a lover of animals and the outdoors who enjoyed gardening and canning from her garden. She was a wonderful cook who had a passion for accumulating recipes which her family had the pleasure of dining on. Dorothy was also an Apple Hill baker for many years and a silent partner in a local downtown restaurant. She loved music and attended many Bluegrass festivals.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bobby, children; Tami (Mike) Merry, Tod (Rachelle) Caruthers, stepchildren; Danny (Victoria) and John Partain. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Tiffany and Christopher (Cynthia) Merry, Kelsey and Haley Caruthers, Adam and Amanda Partain and 5 great grandchildren.

Dorothy was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother, whose smile will be greatly missed by her family.
