Gary Lee Ermis was born on May 7, 1950 in Waukegan, Illinois. He passed away on July 7, 2017 at his home in Pollock Pines after a long illness. Gary was a REAL cowboy, riding, roping, wrangling and branding in California and Montana. He was proud to be a Marine and served his country in Vietnam.
Gary is survived by his loving and devoted wife Bonnie, Uncle Walt, Aunt Nona, Buzz and Connie, Joannie, dear friends Jim, Tim and Richard, and great neighbors. Please join the family when they celebrate Gary’s life on Saturday, July 29, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Pollock Pines Community Church, 6361 Pony Express Trail, Pollock Pines, California. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Disabled Vietnam Veterans.
