It was an honor and privilege to know Gilroy. He brought joy and light to all of us. Watching him dance, seeing him smile when he gave away his vegetables, helping his friends, being kind to all the people in wheelchairs who needed a push. What a beautiful family and a blessing to know all of you, especially Carolyn and Gene. I loved your dad and feel so sad for your loss. He is soaring with the angels. Rest in Peace sweet and fun Gilroy. - love jennifer

My family knew Gil from Eskaton! We always loved watching Gil putting in his gardens and how proud he was of all his crops. Not only a hard worker, but such a nice, sweet man. He will be truly missed here on earth! My father is Fred and they shared a table with Paul!

I have known Gil for almost 30 years, mainly as a friend and Lions Club member. He was always a can do sort of person, willing to help in any way, all the time.
He will be missed by all who knew him, you could really depend on Gil. My thoughts and prayers are with his family members, he was a good man, and will be sorely missed by all...Bill Schultz
