Jack M. Thomas was born on March 10, 1931 in Placerville, California to Rayford and Hazel Thomas. A lifelong resident, Jack passed away in his Placerville home on January 26, 2019 surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his daughter Vivian Lamb, son-in-law Patrick Lamb, and 2 grandchildren, Tawni and Dalton. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, 11:00 am, at Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home, 2855 Cold Springs Rd., Placerville, Calif.
