John Delmar Wilson Jr.

March 3, 1951 - November 14, 2010

"JD" John D. Wilson Jr went to be with Jesus peacefully in his sleep on November 14th, 2010. John was known to be a very kind, honest and gentle person who loved to laugh, go fishing, Listen to rock music and spend time with his beloved dog, Sara. He is proceeded in death by his youngest son, Paul Bradley Wilson and long time partner, Dorothy Ward. He is survived by his parents John D. Wilson and Ann B, Wilson of Somerset, his Son, John Lee Wilson, and 4 Grandchildren Anysia, Reece, James and Serena Wilson. Also survived by Brother Don L. Wilson, of Sacramento, Nephews Kevin & Justin WIlson and niece and care taker Crystal Wilson of El Dorado Hills. John was a Placerville resident for 17 years and will best be known for his infecious laugh and big smile.

Services will be held Friday, November 19, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home, 2855 Cold Springs Rd., Placerville. Interment to follow at Placerville Union Cemetery, Placerville. Everyone is welcome to attend.
