Born in Dinuba, CA May 3, 1951; passed away unexpectedly in Placerville June 1, 2011. He is survived by his four children: Megan Steeber from Spokane, WA, Justin Cook from Medford, OR, Jordan Cook from Los Angeles and Brandon Cook from Sacramento and 5 grandchildren: Jon, Elsie, Parker, Kylee and Cameron. Keith graduated from CSU, Chico with a BA in Music in 1973. He taught music across El Dorado County, retiring in 2008, and was a long time member of the local band Old Time Confusion. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Private inurnment has been held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the scholarship fund at Sugar Loaf Fine Arts Camp through the El Dorado County Office of Education, 6767 Green Valley Rd., Placerville, CA 95667.
