Although I didn't spend much time with my Great Grandma I was able to see her a month ago or so... it was amazing to be able to see her again, Disneyland with her is a memory I will always cherish. I love you Gram, you will always be in my thoughts&heart. I wish you were still here. I think about you every day. I will see you in heaven?. I'll never forget spending time together at the hospital, those conversations were amazing. I'll miss you. goodbye for now
