

Nancy was born on October 14, 1937 in Beaverton, Oregon, to James and Ruth Todd. She moved to Placerville and in 1954, graduated from El Dorado High School. Nancy had a deep love for art, music, reading, gardening in her flower beds, the family pets and spending time with her children. She graduated from American River College with an Associates of Arts degree and then went to work for El Dorado County as the Assistant Director of the Senior Nutrition Center, eventually retiring after many years. Throughout the years, Nancy attended and was part of the choir at Our Saviour Episcopal Church in her teen years.
She is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence “John” Miller; her children, Lisa A. Liddicoat, Alan C. Liddicoat, Brenda E. Bist, and James “Kevin” Liddicoat; her brother and sisters, Roy D. Todd, Shirley Rogers, James Todd, Beth Mejia and Mary Chapdelaine; and her Grandchildren.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Carole Jean Claunch.
A Celebration of Life will take place for Nancy on September 7, at 10 am at Chapel of the Pines, 2855 Cold Springs Road, Placerville, with her burial at Westwood Hills following the service.
