He was survived by his wife, Carole Pfafman, his son, Jason Pfafman and two grandchildren, Lucas and Jasmine Pfafman.
He will be remembered for his contributions to the Motherload Lion’s Club where he was an active member from 1983 until he passed.
He was also known for his love of model trains. He collaborated with people around the world and had been published in several magazines. He enjoyed taking pictures of historic ghost towns and rail equipment, creating kit patterns of them and then sharing them with folks around the world. He was particularly fond of Bodie, CA
