Patricia Baker, 72, embarked on her heavenly journey on March 2nd, surrounded by love and warmth at her daughter's home in Shingle Springs, CA. Born September 27, 1952, in Oakland, to James and Lucille Baker, she blossomed into a compassionate and caring soul, touching the lives of everyone around her. A 1971 graduate of San Leandro High School, she pursued her passion for healing, becoming an LVN and inspiring others with her kindness. She had an immense love for her family and friends, and her presence will be deeply missed. She enjoyed reading, trips to Disneyland, the ocean, Christmas, her grandbabies, and chocolate cake. Loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor, she lit up the world around her. Her legacy lives on through her daughter, Nichole; son, Ian; and two grandsons, Dylan and Jaxson, who will carry her love and spirit forward.
