Sandra Lee Lebaugh

June 25, 1946 – August 21, 2026

Sandra Lee Leard LeBaugh passed away peacefully and quietly on August 21, 2026, in Cameron Park, California, at the age of 80.

Born in New Mexico and raised in San Francisco, California, Sandra spent many years in Benicia before making her home in Placerville, where she lived for a long and fulfilling chapter of her life. Sandra attended Jefferson High-school In San Francisco and later she earned three Associate of Science degrees from Solano Community College. Sandra enjoyed Sewing, Crafts and was proud of her loom.

Sandra was a devoted member of her community and an active participant in local organizations, most notably the Shakespeare Club of Placerville. Through the club she helped raise funds and awareness for a variety of community causes and youth scholarships, leaving a quiet but lasting mark on the people and places she cared about.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Ruby LeBaugh Gregg; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Max LeBaugh II, and her mother, Ruby Viola Weeden Leard DeCair.
