Dorothy Blank

Dorothy Blank, age 94, of Plainview, New York passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Karen Sandy; her son Thomas Blank; her daughter Patricia Roulo; and her son James Blank; her sister Elizabeth McMahon (Herb McMahon),her grandchildren Ryan and Jessica Sandy and her grandchildren Sean and Shannon Roulo; her sister-in-law Mildred Schreiber and her brother-in-law Richard Olszewski. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Francis Blank; her brother Joseph Schreiber; her sister Marie Kaucher; her sister Anne Scudder; her brother Valentine Schreiber; her brother Fred Schreiber; her brother Richard Schreiber and her sister Catherine Olszewski; and many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Dorothy was a METS Fanatic and was the life of the party she would want her her family and friends to celebrate her life. She will be sorely missed by all. A Visitation for Dorothy will be held Friday, March 17, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 655 Old Country Rd, Plainview, New York 11803. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mercy RC Church, 500 S Oyster Bay Rd, Hicksville, New York 11801, with Private Final Disposition to follow.
