Frances passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025, at the age of 95. She was an active parishioner of St. Pius X RCC for over 60 years. Frances was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore, with whom she was happily married for 67 years. She was a loving mother to Maryann (Don Preuss) and Susan (Dan), and a devoted grandma to Jennifer and Jonathan. She was also an adored aunt to many nieces and nephews and a cherished sister, predeceased by 8 brothers and 1 sister, as well as their spouses. Frances was an adored friend to many and a supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, August 3, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home, 655 Old Country Rd, Plainview, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Pius X RC Church, 1 St Pius Ct X Court, Plainview, NY, on Monday, August 4, at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
