Grampa im going to miss you! I remember the last time I saw you I came by with some vanilla milk shakes and we talked in the basement while watching old videos on TV. I remember coming over as a kid and raiding the cookie drawer and feeding Flossy pieces of spaghetti. I remember the family days at your old yatch club and the one time going out on the boat and it over heated. So many fond memories of you and Grandma. Miss you guys both! Love you Grandpa!

Hiya Pop!
Thats always how you would answer the phone when we called. Always happy and excited to here from all of us kids. I will always remember our car rides and when we would share vanilla milkshakes or a gyro. Say Hi to Ma for me and know that I am sending all my love your way.
Love you Always,
Amanda

I’ll meet you next at Eagle Rock. I have so many memories of our time spent Salmon Fishing, but of course the fishing included other activities as I seemed to always fall in, it was muddy and slippery. Looking back you must have enjoyed it as well since I don’t remember you ever getting mad when I fell in and was full of mud. There was the bear fishing on the other side of the stream, we did leave quickly that day. The moose that walked right past me into the river, you laughed as I stood still but me fishing pole was shaking wildly.
We did return in 2001, you stood there so still I ran over and asked what was wrong. You looked at me and said, “ I just went back 40 years, it was like time never pasted”.

See you next at Eagle Rock

Oh, Dad.
I know you were tired.
I know you missed Mom. I can hear you yelling..."FLO!!!" and picture the angels in heaven holding their ears.
I know that you are in a better place with Mom and your brothers and sisters and all your animals that went before you.
I wish I had one more moment to talk to you, to tell you how grateful I am for all you have given me. You raised us all to be strong, to stick together, and we will. I am so grateful that my kids got to know you throughout their adult years. You showed them what it is to be proud, and honorable. You always made me feel like I couldn't fall too far, you would catch me. It's scary now without that net, but I think I got this. Please stay near and watch over us all.
Rest easy, Dad.
