Mary was born on November 2, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York.
She was the sixth of seven children to her parents Natale and Mattia Creaco.
Mary married Herman (Ernie) Esposito in 1956 and together they started a life in Old Bethpage on Long Island.
They spent 45 years together in a life led by faith and service to the community. Together, they built a home centered around family, creating many memories throughout their years together.
She loved her family dearly and cherished every moment spent with them. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren brought her immense joy, and the time she shared with each of them was especially meaningful.
She was a loving mother to Christine (Pat) McCabe, Stephen (Mary), Thomas (Lene), and Paul (Dana).
She was a cherished Grandma to Nicole McCabe, Brian (Kristen) McCabe, Christopher (Aiden) Esposito, Michael (Kysoo) Esposito, Matthew Esposito, Olivia Esposito, William Esposito, Dominic Esposito and Emily (Kyle) Moore.
She was an adored Great-Grandma to Brynn Rose, Nyla Alice, Lucy Isabella, and Violet Naomi.
A Visitation will be held at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes, 655 Old Country Road, Plainview, NY 11803 on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Pius X RC Church, 1 St Pius Ct X Court, X Court, Plainview, NY 11803, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590.
