

Mary Agnes Faccio, a cherished resident of Dix Hills, NY, and formerly of Bethpage, NY, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024, at the age of 77. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was predeceased by her husband Richard, who truly was the love of her life. Mary was the beloved mother of Richard (Amy), Edward (Dena), Joseph (Kathleen), and Kathleen Debesis (Christopher), and their spouses. She was also a devoted grandmother to her 14 grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart. She was also a treasured great-grandmother to one great-grandchild, Nora. Mary, as the youngest and only girl, was a caring sister to her five brothers, Edward, William, James, Michael, and Richard McLaughlin and a loving aunt to all of her nieces and nephews.
Mary’s life was marked by her passions and simple joys. She found immense delight in Disney, embraced the festive spirit of Christmas, and enjoyed cooking for her family. Her mornings were brightened by her favorite Dunkin’ Donuts decaf coffee, a small pleasure she looked forward to every day.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the visitation, which will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 655 Old Country Road, Plainview, NY 11803. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, 175 Wolf Hill Road, Melville, NY 11746. Following the mass, a committal service will take place from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
