Along with his great grandmothers and great grandfather, Nancy Bell of Plano, Tx, and Barbara Oats of Bakersfield, Ca, Billy Baysby of Bakersfield, Ca, and a host of aunties, uncles, and cousin. You may not have had the opportunity to meet him personally, but his mother knew him well. Therefore, although life was short it was meaningful.
