Billie was born on December 22, 1942, in McAllen, Texas, to Roy and Leo Harrison. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged.
Billie is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret Sue Harrison; his son, John Andrew Harrison; his brother, John Henery Harrison; and his sister, Delia Ann Hager. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews who will carry his memory with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Leo Harrison; his brother, R.E. Harrison; and his sons, David Lee Harrison and Billy Roy Harrison.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
Billie will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
