John, my heart goes out to you.  Carol was respected and admired, not only for her strength but for her kindness, she touched so many hearts and will be missed by all who knew her.  When I think of her, I will always remember her smile.

To the Cannon family, my deepest sympathy to you on the untimely passing of Carol.  She was a very quiet and admirable leader at Intervoice and she will be deeply missed.  We will not forget her smiling face in the office and hope our prayers offer some comfort.

I had the pleasure of working with Carol for many years at Intervoice. I would describe her as a quiet confident leader. She had the most impeccable style, elegance and grace. I loved going on SHRM trips with her because she and I would love to go shopping. She was always up for a big adventure even after a long day of work.I saw Carol about a year ago at a baby shower and we sat next to each other and just giggled like school girls. What a gift. She had such a contagious smile and laugh. She was always of and for kindness towards others.  I will miss her dearly and send John and Carol's whole family my condolences. Love and God's peace to you all.
