Born on October 28, 1986, in Dallas, Texas, Cassie was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Cassie was the cherished daughter of Gaye and Dean Rasmussen, who provided her with a nurturing and loving upbringing. She was a devoted mother to her son, Austin Odongo, who was the light of her life and her greatest joy. Cassie shared a close bond with her brother, Dustin McIntosh; sister-in-law, Terah McIntosh; and niece, Siyah McIntosh, who will remember her with fondness and love.

Cassie’s career was marked by her dedication and compassion. She held various positions in healthcare, where she made a significant impact through her kindness and commitment to helping others. Additionally, she worked at Domino’s, where her infectious laughter and lively spirit made her a favorite among colleagues and customers alike.

A true lover of life, Cassie had a passion for country music, which often filled her home with cheerful melodies that matched her own joyful personality. She cherished spending time with her family, creating memories filled with laughter and love. Cassie was known for her loud and boisterous personality, always smiling and joking, bringing warmth and happiness to those around her.

Cassie’s family held a private ceremony to honor her life and the lasting impressions she made on those who were fortunate to know her. In her memory, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting Cassie’s generous spirit and her desire to help others.
