Charlotte was born on September 4, 1926 in Erie, Pennsylvania, a daughter of John Lee and Jane Agnes Walters.
She is survived by; Carolyn Ann Patterson, Jennifer Jane Spivey, Heidi Marie Paredes, Misty Michele Phelps, Michael William Donisi, Garrett Garland Spivey, Jonathan Cole Paredes, Nicole Jane Spivey, James Michael Paredes, Ashley Marie Paredes, Cinnamon Ann Steinhardt, and Jimmy Coffee.
A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Sparkman-Hillcest Funeral Home, located at 7405 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75225.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Christ The King Catholic Church located at 8017 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75225.
A Graveside Service will be held in New Mexico at a later date.
