David Ham, age 68, passed away on October 2, 2010 in Plano, TX. He was born on September 27, 1942 in Shawnee, OK to Willie and Dessie Mae Ham. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Susan Ann Ham; son, Christopher David Ham; brother, Samuel Ham and wife Brenda; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Dessie Mae Gilbert and Orville Gilbert; and sister, Mary Huggins. David enjoyed reading, drawing and calligraphy. He was a devoted husband and father and will be dearly missed. Memorial Service will be held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
