Doris was born on December 31, 1933 in Floral Park, Long Island, New York, a daughter of her father: Jorgen Peterson and her mother: Minnie (Reahl) Peterson.
Doris loved many things throughout her life, but most importantly she loved to care for others.
A private burial will be held at Plano Mutual Cemetery in Plano, Texas.
