Edna Mae Tibbs, age 96, passed away on April 17, 2011 in Plano, TX. She was born on December 21, 1914 in Garland, TX. She is survived by her son, Bennett Tibbs and wife Joyce; grandson, Bobby Tibbs; granddaughter, Debbi Busby and husband Mike; great-grandsons, David Coder and Brian Tormoehlen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Tibbs. Edna was a resident of Bryan, TX since 1950 and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. Visitation will be held at Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Graveside Service will be held at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at 2:00 pm.
