We lay to rest one of my best friends and uncle. It has been tough on me and I want to share a story that has me laughing still today. Back in the day, me, my dad, and my uncle hunted in Erath County back in the 80's. To early 90's. After the morning hunt my dad and uncle always peddled around. My uncle was kicking some piles of dried cow poop out of the road and away from camp. So my dad started helping. I don't know exactly who started it but it ended in a cow pie fight. By time they finished with all of the dry poop thrown all out of the way. The shovels came out and it turned into a "wet" cow pie fight. It got rough. Lol. I am saddened for the loss of a great man. I am going to miss him dearly.

Great friend. He loved assisting me while on patrol as a Texas Game Warden. He loved riding along & opening gates for me, we had a great time together and family celebrations.
