Elizabeth was born on June 25, 1930 in London, England, a daughter of John and Elizabeth (Robb) Mitchell.
Elizabeth is survived by one son: Jeffrey Westley of London, England.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur John Westley. He passed away on September 18, 2007.
Cremation Rites will be accorded and inurnment with her husband Arthur will be held at Plano Mutual Cemetery, Plano, Texas at a later date.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life for Elizabeth will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.
