Elsie G Martin

Elsie G. Martin, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024. Born on November 13, 1938, she was a source of light and love to all who knew her. Elsie’s unwavering faith in God was a cornerstone of her life and a source of strength and inspiration to those around her.

Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, Dale, and her sons, Rickey Martin and Ronnie Martin. Her legacy lives on through her surviving son, Jeff Martin, and her daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Martin and Jennifer Martin.

She leaves behind a loving family that includes her four grandchildren: Kevin Martin, Andrew Martin, Ashley Cole, and Joshua Martin; as well as two great-grandchildren, Harrison Martin and Carter Cole.

Elsie was known for her sense of humor and her infectious laugh. Her warmth, kindness, and generosity touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed and remembered with love by her family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 25, at 11:00 a.m. at Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, TX, with Visitation taking place the hour prior at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow immediately at Plano Mutual Cemetery.
