Enrique “Rick”, 85, of Plano, TX passed away on February 18, 2025. He was born in Guatemala City on January 22, 1940. Enrique graduated from the University of San Carlos and received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
He married Ann M. Valdes on May 27, 1967. Enrique (Rick) worked in Data Processing for J. C. Penny. Throughout his life he had a passion for decorating for Halloween. His passion became a yearly tradition with his neighbors decorating their homes in celebration of Halloween. At the time of his passing, Enrique is survived by his wife Ann and his two sons, Enrique and Erik. He leaves four children to cherish legacy: Dakota, Ethan, Alexandria, and Aidan.
A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
