Evelyn Loretta Foltz

Evelyn Loretta Foltz was born on December 19, 1933 to Edward Bring and Christine Alten Bring in Lorain, Ohio. She married Arthur Charles Foltz on September 17, 1955 and had forty-six wonderful years with the love of her life. In 1958 they were blessed with their son, Douglas. Then in 1959 their daughter, Linda, was born. The family moved from Ohio to Miami, Florida in 1973 and then to Plano, TX in April 1975. Evelyn worked at Plano Senior High for several years in the cafeteria and retired in December 1988 after the arrival of her first grandson. Evelyn passed from this life peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 16, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Spenk, and two grandsons, Todd Spenk and Eric Spenk, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her sister, Irene Griffith from Galloway, OH and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband, Arthur Charles Foltz, her son, Douglas Foltz, her parents, Edward and Christine Bring, and her four brothers, Leo, Chuck, Lester and Ralph Bring. Also, Arthur and Helen Foltz (in-laws) , Robert Foltz (brother-in-law) and Virginia Sutorus (sister-in-law). Evelyn was a wonderful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and aunt. She found great comfort in her religion and will be fondly remembered for her sweet smile, unselfishness, and her loving heart.
