Evelyn S. Hart was born in Defuniak Springs, Florida to her parents, Hebert and Mary. Evelyn went on to attend vocational schooling after high school. She helped her husband run the Veterinary Clinic that they owned together for over 30 years. Evelyn lived in Florida for most of her life until the later years when she moved to Plano to be closer to her son. Evelyn will be missed dearly by her family and all those who knew her.
