Judith Lavonia Bone-Wilson was born on March 4, 1939. She grew up in rural South Texas in and around Falfurrias, TX and Premont, TX. She married Harold William Smith in 1957 and traveled to many places with her husband in his 24 year career in the Army.
She was adventurous and lived life to the fullest. She loved to crochet, to go exploring for gems out in the field, she loved her cats, she truly loved to read and consumed books at a quick pace. Most of all she loved her family.
She would do anything for her family, taking care of several of them until the end of their lives. She passed into eternity on August 10, 2026 age 87. She is survived by her son Richard and his wife Glenna, Grandchildren William Smith and his wife Allison, Eric Smith, Rosemary Rosales, Michael Smith, and Samantha Smith. She is being interred at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX.
