Juliet Lozano Melendez, age 22, was born on September 18, 1992. Julie was born to parents Francisco and Celia Melendez. Julie grew up in Texas and graduated from Plano East Senior High School before joining the Marine Corps. Julie battled cancer for two years before passing away on May 4, 2015. Julie will be remembered for her strength, courage, and loyalty to her family and loved ones. A visitation will be held for Julie on Thursday, May 7, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Ted Dickey Funeral Home. There will be a funeral service following the visitation, at 1:30 p.m., also at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
