Leslie was born on August 29, 1968 in Dallas, Texas, a daughter of David Lee and Janice Gayle (Hayes) Siar. Leslie was preceded in death by her mother Janice.
She is survived by her parents: David and Brenda Siar of Plano, her brother: David L. Siar Jr, her two children: Anthony Lee Siar and Ashlie Rene Siar, both of Plano. She also has one grandson: Rodney of Plano.
A visitation for Leslie will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, TX 75074.
A private burial will be held at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Kaufman, Texas.
