Jimmy; I opened the email from Ted Dickey today. I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was wonderful to be around. She had an infectious laugh and was supportive to us as we grew up. She will be missed, but I have fond memories - - and I know you do, also.

Jimmy, so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was one of my second Mother’s as I spent many a day at your house. Remember getting all the Dr. Pepper products from your Dad. Your mother was such a sweet lady. Hope you’re doing well.

Jimmy, I have such fond memories of your wonderful old house on Parker Road. In the 1960s, Mom and I regularly visited you, Lodema, Dick, and Momma Kay. I always felt happy and safe there. And you all encouraged me to study music, which changed my life for the better. When we have such loving memories, the people who've passed are never truly gone.
