Patricia M. Costello-Fenton

Pat was born in 1957 in St. Louis, MO to Michael & Celeste Costello and grew up in Ballwin, MO. She graduated high school from Ursuline Academy, Kirkwood, MO, and earned a BS in Nursing from Creighton University, Omaha, NE in 1980. It was at Creighton that she met her husband, Thaddeus Fenton, and the two wed on Creighton’s campus in 1980.

Over her career, she practiced in OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Pre-Op Nursing specialty areas in NE, KS, MO, IL & TX as the family moved to follow Thad’s career with the FDIC. Pat enjoyed dancing, knitting, quilting, and was a Collin County Master Gardener. Her greatest joy was being with her husband, and children, Thaddeus Grant, Christopher (Travis), Aaron (Jill), and Austin (Alexandria), her siblings, Michael Costello III, Mary Liticher, and T.C. Costello, and her grandchildren Addie, Avery & Aria (Aaron & Jill).

The family will celebrate Pat’s life privately later in the year. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Fenton Family Nursing Scholarship Endowment at Creighton University, 2500 California PLZ, Omaha, NE 68178.
