Patricia Elizabeth Story

Patricia Elizabeth “Beth” Story passed away on July 15, 2016, in Plano, TX. She was born May 22, 1953,in Oakland, CA, to Montague Hudson Moses and Naomi Jeane Moses. As a youngster Beth enjoyed horseback riding, water and snow skiing, and competed in beauty pageants. From an early age and into her adult life, Beth also enjoyed drawing, playing guitar and writing poetry. Career wise, Patricia was a very talented sales person. As a golf cart retailer office manager Patricia soon discovered that she had the amazing ability to easily outperform the staff of sales professionals. Her sales drive blossomed into award winning positions with Saucony Sports Apparel, Honeywell, IPS and included top salesperson for Chrysler Automobile Service Contracts. Patricia’s love for animals lead her to rescue and rehabilitate all kinds injured animals. She also enjoyed listening to contemporary Christian music, riding motorcycles and took pride in her beautiful garden. She is survived by her caring husband John Story of Plano TX, her two daughters; Trisha Sherman Polkinghorn and her husband Thomas Polkinghorn of Dripping Springs, TX; Jamie Sherman Rebber and her husband Andrew Rebber of Lakeway, TX; her grandchildren Jessica Polkinghorn of Austin Texas, Jonathan Polkinghorn of North Carolina, Bailey Polkinghorn. Baylor Polkinghorn, and Bobbie Polkinghorn of Dripping Springs Texas; Drew Rebber and Victoria Rebber of Lakeway, TX; sisters Denise Ong and her husband Herb of Alamo, CA and Jane Mosier and her husband Tim of Livermore, CA. She is preceded in death by her Father Montague Moses and mother Jeane Moses, and daughter Kimberly Sherman.

Beth Story's Plano memorial service will be Friday, 7/23/16, at: 7:30pm
