I was fortunate to be invited to bird hunt with Phil many times. Those times are some of my best memories. Things won't be the same without him.

Phil was our insurance agent here at the Dallas County Medical Society for over 25 years. On behalf of DCMS, we want to express our condolences and to say they we have never met a finer man, a true professional, and a gentleman in every way. He made a difference in the world. Because of his work, many families had health care access that we take for granted all too often. It was an honor to know Phil. We send our prayers to all of you.

I served on the Pegasus Credit Union board with Phil for many years. He was a pleasure to work with. His input to the board was well thought out and concise. I valued his friendship and board leadership.

He and I even volunteered to open a credit union branch in the Virgin Islands.

Phil, you were my mentor, my employer, and my friend. You believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. You taught me so much more than how to succeed in business. My life is enriched enormously by the paths you shared. Thank you for everything! Godspeed, my friend!

A Big man in faith as well as stature. Will miss Phil. Appreciated his business advice and assistance in our professional relationship; and admired and respected his leadership and friendship in our church relationship.

Regards to Jan and the family.
