Phillip Schapansky (65) passed away at his home in Plano, TX on December 7th, 2021. He was born in Victoria, TX on October 4th, 1956 to Leon and Betty Schapansky. Phillip graduated from Richland High School in 1974 and received a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1981. He married Heidi on June 24th, 1978. They were married for 43 years. Phillip had a successful career in the petroleum industry for Phillips 66. He was a wonderful Christian, family man who loved playing his coronet in church. He was survived by his mother (Betty), wife (Heidi), sister (Janet), three sons (Daniel, Brian, Craig) and four grandchildren (Emerson, Winston, Hudson, Presley). Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Ted Dickey’s 2128 18th St Plano, TX.
