Rafael Ernesto Chavez was born February 14, 1980 to Rosa and Rafael Chavez in El Paso, Texas, and he passed away at the age of 31 in Plano, Texas. Rafael is survived by his children Noah and Brooklyn Chavez, both parents, and siblings Julia Gonzales, Michelle Smith, Miguel Chavez, and Dora Munoz. Rafael enjoyed playing soccer, and also had a love for reptiles. A memorial mass will be scheduled at a later date at St. Mark Catholic Church in Plano, Texas where Rafael was a member.
