He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 until being honorably discharged in 1969. He spent 23 years working for Aetna Casualty, and 17 years as a court appointed ombudsman for CPRC before retiring.
Ralph was preceded in death by wife, Sandra Fernandez, and his step-daughter Debbie Knight.
Ralph leaves to cherish his memories, his son Michael and his wife Lia; grandsons, Christian, Andrew, and Matthew; one brother Daniel and his wife Rosa; and many other loving friends and relatives.
