Randall Ernest Goldman

Randall Ernest Goldman, 59, of Richardson, Texas, passed away on Sunday, April, 30, 2023. He was born on November 15, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Arba & Bertha (Alexander) Goldman. Randy was raised in Florida, Kansas, and Oklahoma and enjoyed playing soccer and basketball as a child. He was a 1982 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Randy proudly served our country in the United States Air Force for nine years. He spent the majority of his career as a surgical technician, and was currently employed with Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, which he really enjoyed.

He cherished his faith and enjoyed attending church. Randy was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved being outdoors, camping, and sitting around a bonfire, especially with good company and a good scotch. Randy had an outgoing and fun personality that lit up a room when he entered. His zest for life and appreciation for the simple things will be remembered as he will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Goldman. He is survived by his children, Joshua (Melissa) Goldman of Prescott Valley, Arizona and Nicole Moore (Cameron Quick) of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren, Keilanni Moore, Pearl Goldman, Noble “Dos” Moore III, Magnus Goldman, Ada Goldman, and Ember Quick; brother, Richard (Sarah) Goldman of Marana, Arizona; and nieces and nephew, Kaylla Weller of Marana, Arizona, Lindsay Goldman of Allen, Texas, and Nathan Goldman of Allen, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 3:00pm at Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano. Memorial donations may be made to Children’s Medical Center at donate.childrens.com, 2777 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75207.
