My dear cousin Richard I will miss your sense of humor and jolly laugh , that smile.  One minute we could be joking about something and if ever something serious to talk about you’d get distinguished look like dr. Phil. I will never forget our time together wish we had more. Now I know your with all our angels up above us. Please guide us right. I was really looking forward to seeing you again and I’m so thankful for you being a part of my life for as long as I can remember. You were always a shining ray of sunshine and would make me laugh until my cheeks hurt. I’m so happy you got to meet Matt. And I’ll never forget the countless Christmas eves we all shared together. They won’t be the same without you. Well look forward to seeing you in the next life ..

Richard you were to me  more than a brother-in -law... you were more like a Brother ..You were so charismatic and so kind hearted!! You were just the live of the party on any occasion... Ricardo was the kind of guy that could make you laugh even on the "Bad Days." He could pull your mind from the gutter with laughter, making being at work that much easier. I had the privilege of working with Rick for two years. One of the things I enjoyed most with  Rick, was getting to sing along to Kroger radio in the back room at work. It didn't matter if we sounded like squaking birds, we would always give it our all. Our anthem was "My Sharona." Honestly Rick could sing it better than I could. I will not forget the name, "Ricardo Vasquez."  It will live on through MANY friends, family, co-workers, and me. Until next time my Dear Friend.                      

I remember Knowing Richard because of my childhood & teens years being best friends With his Sister! Growing up I saw Richard with a smile on his face and a very funny man! Always having a joyful kind Heart ❤️ &  spirit! Always so sweet and nice to his mom, sister, and everyone he made contact with! He has earned his wings in heaven! Prayers for all his family & wife and daughters & my bestie Sandra may the Lord comfort them give the peace in this time of grieving there loved one! 

I had the honor to work with Ricardo at Kroger in 1999. We continued to stay friends all these years, I'll never forget all the good times we had at work! He always made my bad day into a good day with is crazy funny humor of him. He will definitely be missed. My condolences go out to his wife, daughter's and the rest of the Vasquez family. I'll keep the family in my prayers🙏🙏🙏 RIP My friend!!

I remember this day vividly, Richard was so proud to be helping Amanda get her very first apartment! He loved his girls dearly. We will miss you Richard, you were always the best brother-in-law and we will miss that happy face! Until we meet again, May you Rest In Peace
