Valeriy was born on January 31, 1954 in Russia.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM at Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.
A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Plano Mutual Cemetery in Plano, Texas where Valeriy will be laid to rest.
Ted Dickey Funeral Home in Plano, Texas has charge of arrangements.
