She was born in Urbana, Ohio on December 17, 1932. She was married to Jack D. Petty on November 8, 1953.
Virginia had a passion for crafts and she loved cat and dogs.
Virginia is survived by Michael Petty (Jill), Karen Petty (Matt), Laurie Petty (James), Daughter in heart Marcy granddaughters Kelly, Jamie and 8 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved sister Harriet Yelin and her beloved niece Vicki Conley (Phil).
Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00 am, January 28, 2023 at Ted Dickey Funeral Home.
