A visitation will be held at 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and a funeral service to immediately follow, Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida. Billie will be laid to rest in Oaklawn West Cemetery, Plant City, Florida.
